R1: Relate to Your Audience

In this module, truly understand your audience segments and what content is important to them. We'll discuss how relevancy is the key to relating to your audience, how to collect audience data via internal and external sources and most importantly, how to analyze and distill that data into actionable pieces.

Outcome: Conclude this module with a completed audience segment matrix and data to support it.  

R2: Respond to Their Needs

Using your audience matrix, build out the key questions and funnel stages for each segment. This module is laser focused on the content your audience must have to engage with your organization. Jay's custom Youtility concept for content creation will give additional clarity to what content you MUST pursue at each funnel stage. 

Outcome: Understand what and when to create content for your successful audience segment response.

R3: Roll Out Content Creation
